Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at twirlandtwiddle@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number, if applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or if there is a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and offer you a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.
